Wildlife
The natural landscape hosts an ecosystem of great value. Wild animals can be observed in their natural habitat, such as deers, wild boars, foxes, otters, as well as a great variety of birds, for being the Laguna da Frouxeira, and it’s beach a sanctuary of rest for migratory bird and several marine species.
The place
In the municipality of Valdoviño, numerous prehistoric, Celtic and Roman remains have been located, which left roads and settlements. You can walk along roads, forests and cliffs, which invite you to enter ¡ typically galician stories and legends, that have been transmitted from generation to generation.
The coast
In the proximity of the house is the Artabran Coast, with numerous areas to visit, such as Ferrol and its spectacular estuary, the lighthouses of Cape Prioriño, the town of Cedeira, San Andrés de Teixido, Cariño, Ortigueira, Cape Ortegal, Foz and Ribadeo.
The interior Galicia is also extraordinarily interesting. Cities such as Santiago de Compostela, Lugo and La Coruña definetly deserve their own visit.
